What We Build

Residential Construction Services

New Construction
Single-family homes, infill builds, and ground-up residential projects. We manage the full process from site work and permits through final finishes.
Additions
Room additions, second stories, garage conversions, and multi-purpose expansions that tie into the existing structure properly.
Whole-Home Remodels
Updating multiple areas at once, changing layouts, or taking a house down to the studs. One contract, one point of contact, full scope managed start to finish.
Kitchens
New cabinets, countertops, layout changes, lighting, and finishes. We build kitchens that work better day-to-day and hold up over time.
Bathrooms
Showers, tile, vanities, storage, and layout updates. Clean finishes and solid work, built to hold up.
Basements
Family rooms, guest suites, home gyms, offices, wet bars. Turn unfinished square footage into usable space, done right the first time.
Outdoor Living
Decks, patios, covered porches, sunrooms, and outdoor kitchens. Built for the way you actually use your backyard.
Small Multi-Family
Duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, and infill residential projects. Ground-up builds designed for investors and owner-occupants who want to maximize a lot.

Common Questions

What Homeowners Ask Us

Do I need plans or drawings before I call you?
No. Some people come to us with full blueprints. Others just have an idea. Either way is fine. We will help you figure out what you need.
How do you handle budget conversations?
Directly and upfront. We would rather tell you what things realistically cost early than put together a proposal that does not match your budget.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the Kansas City metro and surrounding communities. Reach out if you are unsure whether your area is covered.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Robinett Construction is licensed and insured. We can provide documentation as part of the preconstruction process.
How long will my project take?
Depends on scope. A bathroom might take 2 to 4 weeks. A new build or addition runs several months. You get a realistic timeline in writing before anything starts.
Can I make changes once we start?
Sometimes, depending on where we are. Changes affect cost, timeline, and materials. Everything goes in writing so you know the impact before it happens.
Do you work on investment properties?
Yes. We work with investors on flips, rentals, new builds, and small multi-family projects. The process is the same: clear scope, budget clarity, and work that holds up.
What happens after I submit the contact form?
We follow up within one business day. You can also text us directly at (573) 821-0120 if you would rather skip the form.
